We round-up the last week in music, including news you might’ve missed, our #SongOfTheDay playlist and Classic Of The Week

We’re back folks, and do you know what else is back? The bank holiday weekend. If you’re anything like us then this has been a weekend of friends, family and fun. The latter is still in full flow for your beloved Team Songwriting. How? We’re shortly heading to a Wham! themed evening that will blow the roof off of our weekend.

Before we leave, though, we couldn’t go without bringing you what you came for. Our weekly round-up. Enjoy.

‘Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go’ by Wham!(1984)
