Novation LaunchKey keyboard controller with RGB velocity-sensitive pads

Updated 25, 49 and 61-note Launchkey keyboard controllers, now with RGB velocity-sensitive pads that match the colour of your clips

ocusrite Group’s electronic music brand Novation announces an updated version of the Launchkey keyboard controller, now featuring 16 RGB velocity-sensitive pads. With immediate, automatic integration with Ableton Live, Launchkey provides hands-on control of instruments, effects, mixer and session view, and the full colour RGB LEDs mean the pads match the colour of your clips, while velocity sensitivity lets you really put some feeling into your beats.

Additionally, eight rotary knobs make it possible to tweak instruments and effects. The LaunchKey comes with either a 25, 49 or 61-note velocity-sensitive keyboard – 49 and 61-note versions give hands-on control of your mixer too, with nine dedicated faders. Although Novation designed the Launchkey specifically for Ableton Live, its pads, buttons, faders and knobs control all other major music software, through InControl technology.

Launchkey comes with software: Ableton Live Lite, Novation Bass Station and V-Station virtual instruments, plus a 1GB collection of production-ready samples from sample store Loopmasters. It’s also fully bus-powered via USB and class compliant.
