Radiohead frontman is to feature on the ‘Pathway To Paris’ album, alongside Patti Smith, Flea and Warren Ellis among others
Radiohead fans have not long been blessed with a new album from the English rock quintet and have only days to wait before the next associated release, with Thom Yorke to feature on a new live album to raise money towards the fight against climate change.
Entitled Pathway To Paris, the album features Yorke alongside a series of other musicians, including Patti Smith, Flea and Warren Ellis among others. The record is a live recording of a November 2015 350.org, UNDP and The Fight For Climate Justice benefit raiser concert of the same name.
Pathway To Paris will be released on 27 July and includes the live debut of Radiohead’s Desert Island Disk and The Numbers, both of which would go on to feature on the band’s ninth studio album A Moon Shaped Pool. All of the profits from the album will go towards helping to fight climate change.
