Andrson Uploaded Songwriting Competition: upload your tracks for a chance to win €10,000!

Songwriting is delighted to announce our partnership with artist discovery platform Andrson and the launch of their international song contest

AI artist discovery platform Andrson has launched Uploaded – an international song competition offering emerging musicians the chance to win a grand prize of €10,000. Running until 30 November and culminating in a live reveal event in Dublin in February 2021, there will be monthly prizes as well as a regular showcase for the best undiscovered artists.

Andrson is a sound-driven A&R platform which connects emerging artists with the right industry professionals to help get them discovered. Using predictive analytics and audio AI, it is a genuine tool for linking unsigned and unmonetized artists with music industry professionals.

Each month throughout the competition, 23 artists will make it through to a semi-final and then be eventually whittled down to 10 finalists. These finalists will then battle it out in Dublin next year in front of fans and music industry professionals in order to win the main prize. There will also be a People’s Choice award given to the public’s favourite artist, complete with a cash reward of €2,500.

Songs can be entered into the competitions in three easy steps:

1. Download the Andrson app (from the App Store or Google Play) and create your user profile
2. Upload your song to Andrson
3. Complete this entry form

The full terms and conditions of the competition can be found on the Andrson Uploaded website. It’s worth noting that only one entry per artist per month will be accepted, and songs must be uploaded to your Andrson profile to qualify.

Talking about the competition, Andrson co-founder Neil Dunne says, “We want to be a source of inspiration and support all budding musicians globally. By launching Uploaded, we hope we’ve created a space whereby not only can their music be heard by the right people but we will hear the incredible talent from some of the best undiscovered musicians.”
