Dolly Parton’s 43rd studio album is out next month

Dolly Parton’s forthcoming album ‘Pure & Simple’ is available to pre-order now, with four different ‘bundle’ options to choose from

The next album from country legend Dolly Parton, Pure & Simple, will be out in mid-August. But then fans of the Country Hall Of Famer will know that already, just as they’ll know that Ms Parton is currently in the midst of her biggest-ever US tour to promote it. What you won’t know, though, is just how many different ways there are to buy it.

As well as the standard CD, Dolly lovers who get their pre-orders in now can choose from four different bundles. Firstly there’s the Standard Bundle at $40, which comprises the album on CD, plus a digital download and a black T-shirt featuring the album artwork. The Deluxe Bundle is slightly more at $60, but that gets you the CD and download plus three notebooks, each featuring a different Dolly logo design, and a Rhinestone and lace Dolly photo tote bag.

Moving up the price scale a notch, $100 will buy you the Collectible Bundle, which is the same as the Deluxe Bundle but with addition of a limited-edition Dolly guitar string bracelet in a custom gift box, while for the truly devoted there’s the $400 Commemorative Bundle, which is the Collectible Bundle plus a 16″ x 16″ limited edition plaque featuring the cover art and an official ‘certificate of authenticity’ plate.
