James Bay announces more UK tour dates

The BRITS Critics’ Choice winner (and current No 1 album artist) will play 12 UK and Irish dates in September and October

ames Bay has had lots to celebrate lately. Last month, he picked up the coveted Critics’ Choice gong at the BRIT Awards; this week, he’s seen his debut long-player Chaos And The Calm soar to the top of the UK album chart. If his career goes on like this, the 24-year-old from Hitchin, Hertfordshire should be in pretty good spirits… which is handy, as he’s just added another 12 dates to an already fairly gruelling tour schedule.

Bay is already scheduled to play Portsmouth, London (twice), Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Sheffield, Birmingham, Oxford and Bristol in April, with a further London date at Somerset House on 16 July. But today, the following dates were also announced:

Olympia, Dublin (14 October)

Tickets for the new shows go on sale on Thursday (2 April) at 9am.
