Django Django reveal UK tour dates for this December
The Mercury-nominated, chart-busting art-rock quartet Django Django have announced that they will undertake a short four-date UK tour this December
aving released their second album Born Under Saturn less than two weeks ago, and following it up with a series of UK performances this month, you’d have thought that fans of Django Django would have enough to been excited about. Well you’d be wrong. With fans showing their appreciation of Born Under Saturn by helping it to reach No 15 in the UK charts, Django Django shown their gratitude by announcing that they will embark on a further four date UK tour this December.
Kicking off in Northern Ireland with a performance at Derry’s Nerve Centre on 2 December, the four-piece then cross Irish sea to play Glasgow’s Barrowland the next day. They then make their way to England to hit the stage at Manchester’s Albert Hall on 6 December, before rounding up their quartet of performances at the Birmingham Institute on 7 December.
For those of you who just can’t wait that long to catch Django Django, fear not. The band are currently making their way through the UK, with a performance at Southsea’s Wedgewood Rooms tomorrow and seven more dates to follow this month.
