After two tours were cut short by illness, Moz will undertake another US trek. Let’s hope it’s third time lucky…
orrissey has announced details of a new US tour, with 17 dates scheduled for June and July. He will be joined by some high profile guests along with way, including Blondie and Amanda Palmer.
Two previous US tours in support of the Smiths veteran’s World Peace Is None Of Your Business album had to be cancelled, after which came the shock announcement in October that Morrissey had been undergoing treatment for cancer. However, a recent European tour was completed successfully.

Blondie will open the show at Madison Square Garden, while Amanda Palmer will open in San Jose. Support acts for the rest of the tour are still TBA. As previously announced, Morrissey will also be appearing at the Firefly Music Festival in Delaware on 18-21 June.
