Band will be releasing deluxe box-set of 1997 album ‘Be Here Now’ this October which features a host of goodies

Nearly 20 years after the record originally hit the shelves, Manchester legends Oasis have confirmed that they will be releasing a box-set of their 1997 album Be Here Now and it will include a raft of goodies.

The box-set will be out on 7 October and will cost £100. For your money you will get the regular formats of both the original CD and vinyl editions, along with a second record that will include rare and unreleased tracks and a third record comprised of of demos recorded by Noel Gallagher in Mustique.

Also included will be a 12”x12” hardback photo book, a 12” white-label sampler featuring six of the Mustique demos and a 7” single which has demos of Going Nowhere and Stand By Me (the second single to be released from the album) recorded by Oasis producer Mark Coyle.

Be Here Now is Oasis’ third album and was originally released in August 1997. The album sold 424,000 copies on the first day of release and has since gone on to sell more than 8 million copies worldwide.
