Goo Goo Dolls reveal autumn UK tour
US alt-rockers will be touring the UK for the first time in three years, in support of their new album
Last Friday (6 May) they released their eleventh studio album Boxes – the band’s first since 1995’s A Boy Named Goo to be recorded without drummer Mike Malini – and now Goo Goo Dolls have confirmed that this October they will embark on their first UK tour since 2013.
Starting with a performance at Norwich’s UEA on 8 October, the band will then play Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham, before completing the six date tour with a show at London’s Apollo Hammersmith on 14 October.
Goo Goo Dolls released their self titled debut album in 1987. Since then they have sold more than 10 million albums worldwide.
