As we embark on the final month of 2018, ask yourself, dear readers, what did you do it all for?

Once upon a time, Nu Metal was the biggest thing in the whole damn world and for a while Fred Durst’s boyz were the most well-known exponent of the genre.

Taken from their break out second album, Significant Other, Nookie is Limp Bizkit’s time capsule of adolescent energy and is as infectious now as it was two decades ago.

Those of you whose teen years cut into the late 90s and early 00s will know this track well and those whose didn’t, well, “first one to complain leaves with a bloodstain.”
