The much-loved UK-US rock group’s 13th studio album will receive the deluxe treatment when it is released this coming July
Last December Fleetwood Mac delighted their fans by re-issuing their 12th studio album Tusk, and now they have followed that up by confirming they’ll be releasing a deluxe version of their 13th studio album Mirage.
Due to be released on 19 July, Mirage will come jam-packed with goodies, including live performances, rarities and outtakes. In addition to this the album will also include the songs If You Were My Love and Smile At You, both of which failed to make the final version of Mirage first time round. The band’s previously unreleased cover of Fats Domino’s Blue Monday will also be included on the re-issued edition.
Mirage was originally released in June 1982 and featured the singles Hold Me, Gypsy, Love In Store, Oh Diane and Can’t Go Back. The album made it to No 5 in UK album charts and No 1 on the US Billboard 200 and has sold more than 2.7 million copies worldwide.
