Gaslight Anthem main man Brian Fallon will be touring the UK in April, in support of his debut solo album Painkillers. The album was recorded in Nashville and is produced by Butch Walker; its release was announced earlier this year, around about the same time that The Gaslight Anthem made it known that they were going on hiatus for a while.
Fallon has put together a backing band for the tour consisting of Gaslight Anthem guitarist Alex Rosamilia, Horrible Crowes partner-in-crime Ian Perkins (also on guitar) and Molly & The Zombies bassist Catherine Popper. The full list of dates is as follows:
The Ritz, Manchester (5 April)
02 ABC, Glasgow (6 April)
02 Institute, Birmingham (7 April)
Koko, London (8 April)
Rock City, Nottingham (9 April)
02 Academy, Bristol (10 April)
Fallon has also shared a track from Painkillers online. Entitled A Wonderful Life, you can hear it below.
