We’re lucky to have The Big Drops as today’s exclusive

Today’s exclusive song is brought to you by a hotly-tipped Brooklyn, NY rock quartet who’ve just released their debut album

They’ve been described as a “charming, almost mischievous collective of artists” and are said to have a sound that takes in experimental, indie, soft and psychedelic takes on rock. If that all sounds like it’s up your street, then today’s exclusive track from The Big Drops will be a real treat.

They’ve just released their debut album, Time, Color (23 June) and today we’re bringing you their song Baskets Of Love. Of the track, the band say: “We had a fun time making the video for this tune. To our ears, the song has a naturally loose fun feel… so we wanted to make sure everyone got a good luck at our smug-mug Baskets Of Love faces on this one.”

They’ve been likened to Ween, Primus and The Beatles. We also think that fans of Meat Puppets and The Replacements will enjoy Baskets Of Love. As always, though, listen below and make your own mind up on those comparisons…
