Speaking about the award Graham said, “I thought they had made a mistake. I was up against two pop giants. It’s bloody brilliant! I’m crazy happy. Proper massive grin.”

Last week, Rag’n’Bone Man announced that his debut album, Human will be released on 10 February on Columbia Records/Best Laid Plans, and that he will embark on his biggest headline tour to date next April. Opening at the 02 Academy Bristol on 18 April, he will play two Shepherds Bush Empire shows in London on 19 and 20 April, followed by dates at O2 venues in Manchester, Glasgow and Birmingham.

His single Human has now been certified Platinum in three countries and Gold in four, streamed 55 million times and hit the No 1 spot on iTunes in 25 countries. Having been added to all the major radio playlists in the UK, the single has been the top trending track in the UK for two consecutive weeks in the Official Charts and is currently sitting at No 2 on the iTunes chart.
