The new Motör series 61-key and 49-key USB/MIDI master keyboard controllers include touch-sensitive motorised faders and backlit, pressure-sensitive drum pads

ehringer has launched a new Motör series of USB/MIDI keyboard controllers, utilising the same fully-motorised fader technology used in the company’s X32 digital mixing consoles. With 61 and 49 keys respectively, the Motör 61 and Motör 49 offer semi-weighted, full-sized keys with velocity and after-touch functionality, as well as nine touch-sensitive motorised faders and drum pads.

The motorized 60mm faders are centrally located for control of soft synths, drawbar organs, effects and DAW parameters. Additionally, there’s a separate bank of eight backlit, velocity- and pressure-sensitive drum pads.

The Motör series’ features integrate with all popular DAWs, automatically mapping the most commonly used parameters of software instruments and audio workstations. Behringer also offers user presets for a variety of specific software/hardware combinations, free of charge.
